We supply reconditioned systems from Panasonic, Nortel, Meridian Norstar, Mitel, LG, NEC, Samsung and Toshiba. We supply voicemail systems, Call management systems, Music on hold, Headsets, Handsets, Door Entry and PA systems.

We install new and reconditioned systems supplied by ourselves or customer supplied. We re- locate customer owned equipment at nights and weekends at no extra charge to keep your business down time to a minimum. We install from just 1 point up to 5,000 points in to Offices, Schools, Hotels, Shops and Houses. We install system add ons such as voicemail, call management systems etc. |

Our installation portfolio includes Cat 5, Cat 5E, Cat 6 and Cat 7 cabling. We install from just 1 point up to 5,000 points in to Offices, Schools, Hotels, Shops and Houses. We are approved installers from Nexans and Excel. We install Fibre Optic cable and we also offer a Fibre Optic termination and testing service for end users. All data installations are tailored to individual’s current network requirements with expansion and future proofing built in to the overall design. |

Hi-Tech's qualified engineering staff are dedicated to servicing and maintaining Panasonic, NEC, BT Norstar, Nortel, LG and Samsung telephone equipment. We also have packages available for computer systems and networks.
Each highly trained technician is equipped with specialist tools, key spare parts and a standard of knowledge that is unsurpassed in the industry.
Our In-house support team means that in many cases we can rectify problems remotely and without the need to contact the manufacturer. However in the event of you needing a site visit, on-site technical support engineers ensures problem diagnosis and resolution including replacement of faulty components with a 4 hour response time. We also repair systems that are not covered by ourselves. |

| Door Entry |

Hi-Tech has been installing door entry systems since 1986; we install new and reconditioned systems supplied by ourselves or customer supplied. We re- locate customer owned equipment. If possible we will connect your door entry system through your telephone system so that calls from the door can be answered by any telephone handset and the door opened from any telephone handset. |

| Public Address |

Hi-Tech has been installing public address systems since 1988; we install new and reconditioned systems supplied by ourselves or customer supplied. We re- locate customer owned equipment. If possible we will connect your public address system through your telephone system so that paging calls can be made from any telephone handset. If required calls can be made via a microphone. Background music can also be filtered through the paging system. |
